Hi 👋 I’m Adelina and I help brands find and showcase their best selves.

about me

Welcome to my world!

I’m an art director with a passion for creating and exploring new ideas.

As a designer, I’ve always loved combining mediums, constantly seeking out new inspiration and experiences.

My professional path started in my hometown of Sofia, Bulgaria, took me to Lisbon for a degree in Visual Communications, and has led me on some truly exciting adventures.

I now find myself in London, one of the best places in the world to be a creative who wants to work with the best in class.

Whether I’m dreaming up new marketing campaigns or writing cookbooks in my free time, I believe that life is all about embracing your passions and taking calculated risks.

So come along for the ride and let’s see where our creativity takes us!

experience

Art has always been a huge part of my life and I’ve been encouraged to pursue my passions from a very young age. I wasn’t 10 when I had already won national art competition and in my teens I went to accomplish the same in photography.

Two photography degrees later, life steered me in the direction of graphic design and marketing.

I’ve had the chance to work with amazing people from all walks of life and have learned lots along the way!

Today I have quite a bit of tools under my belt which often makes for an awkward answer to the question “What do you do?”.

The truth is I have experience in photography, digital design, web design, marketing, advertising, copy writing, animation, art direction, and I’m probably missing something here.

This fortunate turn of events has made me fluent in nearly all types of design and has helped me successfully lead teams and projects.

At the end of the day, I just love creating beautiful things that people enjoy experiencing.

faq

First, please take a look at my list of services to view the work that I do. You can then send me an email with a brief overview of your project, I will get back to you and we will arrange a video or phone call to discuss the details. For Branding projects, I will send you my brand discovery questionnaire to fill in, and I’ll use this together with the information gathered on our call to send you a detailed proposal with supporting imagery and a personalized quote for the recommended work. If you like what you see, I then book you in at my next available time!

Once you’ve booked your project, signed our contract, and paid your invoice, the design process starts! I always kick off with a design meeting where we share our visual inspirations.

When I’m ready to show you the first round of work, a review is made via video call, where we will discuss and feedback on our thoughts and first impressions. I then go back and action amendments ready to present round two. Generally, final designs will be formed after the second review.

Great design comes from the collaboration between client and designer, so I encourage openness and honesty during our time working together.

Space in my diary depends on how busy I am – sometimes I can fit new projects in within a week, and other times you can expect to wait 6-8 weeks. I always advise my availability during quotation, and when you book your project you are allocated a start date.

The design process takes time to get great results. I try to give a time frame to each project but these are not set in stone. Generally, a full branding project can take 4-6 weeks from start to finish, including revisions and tweaks.

I will always take into account client deadlines and try to accommodate them when I can.

Each project is priced according to your individual needs and I quote per job rather than giving a flat rate.

When we’ve signed off the final round of designs (and I’ve been paid in full), you will receive digital versions in many appropriate file formats to keep and use as you wish. In the case of Branding, this will be your guideline book, logos, fonts, illustrations, etc.
